Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected in the MLBB Items app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in using Google, the app collects and stores the following information using Firebase Authentication and Firestore:

  • Unique user identifier (UID)
  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Account creation time

1.2 In-App Data

The app stores in-app data associated with your account, including virtual coins used to unlock features such as watermark removal.

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and Google AdMob to display ads. These services may collect:

  • Device information
  • App usage statistics
  • Advertising identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected data is used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Store in-app progress and virtual currency
  • Enable app features and functionality
  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Display advertisements
  • Prevent abuse and fraud

3. Ads

The app displays ads using Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your Google account settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is shared only with Google services (Firebase and AdMob) as required for app functionality.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure and security rules.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account remains active. If you stop using the app, your data may remain stored unless the account is deleted.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Choices

  • You may choose whether to sign in using Google
  • You can manage ad personalization through your Google account
  • You may stop using the app at any time

9. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page.

10. Third-Party Content Hosting

The app downloads game configuration data (such as hero builds and item data) from GitHub Gist, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. This data does not contain any personal or user-identifiable information. It is used only to deliver game-related content and updates to the app without requiring app updates. GitHub may receive standard technical information such as your device’s IP address when the app requests this data, as part of normal internet communication.

11. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The app allows users to create and share gameplay builds with other users. Users are responsible for the content they submit. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates any applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any user-generated content at any time. The app includes a reporting system that allows users to report inappropriate builds. Reported content may be reviewed and removed if necessary.

12. VPN Service Usage (Website Version Only)

The VPN-based feature ("Game Mode") is ONLY available in the version of the app distributed outside Google Play (such as the version provided on our official website). The version of the app published on Google Play DOES NOT include, use, or access Android's VpnService API. For the website version only: The app includes an optional feature called "Game Mode" which uses Android's VpnService API. This VPN is: • Local-only (runs entirely on the device) • Not connected to any external VPN servers • Not used to monitor, collect, or transmit user data The purpose of this feature is to: • Restrict background internet access for other apps • Reduce background data usage during gameplay Important: • This feature does NOT route traffic through external servers • This feature does NOT provide anonymity or privacy protection • This feature does NOT modify game data or affect other players • This feature does NOT improve ping or network speed No personal or network data is collected, stored, or shared through this feature.
